Basketball

​We are thrilled to offer our Second Season of basketball for kindergarten through sixth grade!

 Here are a few key points:​

• Sign Up Deadline is December 1, 2025.

• Practices will start in the beginning of December 2025. ​

• Games will be played on Saturdays starting after the holiday break (January 2026).

• ​Teams:​​

1. K-2nd grade Teams (Co-Ed) will be played in-house as instructional intramurals. Games will be played on Saturday mornings at the New Buffalo Elementary school.  ​

2. 3th-4th grade Boys Team and Girls Team (Separate). All games will be played on Saturdays. Home games will be played at New Buffalo Middle/High School and they will travel for away games to Eau Claire, Michigan Lutheran, River Valley, Berrien Springs and Bridgman.

3. 5th-6th grade Boys Team and Girls Teams (Separate). All games will be played on Saturdays. Home games will be played at New Buffalo Middle/High School and they will travel for away games to Eau Claire, Michigan Lutheran, River Valley, Berrien Springs and Bridgman.

4. We will provide your player with a custom jersey with their last name on the back.

5. All NBYS coaches and helpers will need to pass a background check to coach.

6. Registration fee for all divisions is $60 per player. Hover over the "Basketball Tab" at the top to see the options to sign up 1, 2 or 3 players. Scholarships are available through the "Scholarship Tab" in the menu above or the button below.
